Jenny is a licensed funeral arranger and embalmer for twelve years, helping to provide comfort to families and celebrate the life that was lived. She graduated from Midwestern State University and Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. She is an Ambassador with the Burleson Chamber of Commerce and enjoys spending time with her family, working out and watching sports-Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks, and Texas Rangers.

Warren has been involved in the funeral industry for 38 years and licensed 24 years. He graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and enjoys the funeral industry by serving people and giving comfort and consolation. He is a pulpit minister at Cathedral of Faith Church in Dallas. Warren enjoys reading, cooking, relaxing, listening to jazz and blues, and his dog “Shugga”.

Melanie is a licensed provisional funeral arranger/embalmer and has been in the funeral industry for a year, graduating from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. She has found the opportunity through her work to help make a bad day a little better for the families. She is a Deacon at First Christian Church of Granbury and a teacher with the Christian Women’s Job Corps. She enjoys reading and playing Rock Band with her family.

Gerald is a licensed embalmer and funeral arranger and has been in the funeral industry for ten years, graduating from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. He enjoys the funeral industry because he is able to help families in their greatest time of need. Gerald enjoys collecting hot wheels and bike riding.

Bobby is a licensed funeral arranger. He has been in the funeral industry for nine years and graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. Bobby enjoys the funeral industry because it allows him to help people in ways that most people can’t or won’t, at a time when they need it the most. Bobby enjoys working in his yard and four-wheeling.

Steve is a licensed funeral arranger and embalmer and in the funeral industry for 37 years. He has been at Laurel Land for 31 years and enjoys the funeral industry, providing care and comfort to families during their time of need. He is past president of both the Everman Chamber of Commerce and Everman Economic Development and a member of the Celebration Committee City of Everman. Steve enjoys working in his yard and woodworking.

I enjoy working in the funeral industry educating people to determine what their final wishes would be. This helps to relieve the uncertainty and burden of family members left to deal with decisions at the time of need. Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports with my children, nature hiking, and gardening.

Amy is a licensed embalmer and funeral arranger. She has been in the funeral industry for 17 years and graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. She enjoys the funeral industry by being able to help people. Amy enjoys spending time camping and boating with her family and loves race cars.

My position allows me to hopefully provide the family with a little comfort during this time of need. I strive to help the families honor their loved one’s memory with a memorial book of their choosing and in some small way offer some comfort to the family. Outside work, I enjoy spending time and playing with my ten grandchildren. I love experiencing life again through their young eyes.

Kristen is a licensed funeral arranger and embalmer and in the funeral industry for five years. She enjoys the funeral industry as it allows an opportunity to serve our families during a difficult time with compassion and personalization of their celebration for their loved one.

I enjoy working in the funeral industry helping people and families during an important and trying time in their lives.

Shelitha has been in the funeral industry for three years and graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. She enjoys the funeral industry because it is a ministry in which you are involved with families and are allowed to be there for them during their time of need, knowing that you helped someone is the best. Shelitha enjoys sporting events, traveling and anything fun.

Employed at Laurel Land Fort Worth both part-time and full-time for 14 years. My hobbies outside work include sewing, decorating, and reading.

Angela has been in the funeral industry for four years. As a funeral arranger, Angela serves families during a difficult period of time. She continually strives to exhibit compassion and genuine care and comfort through the process of providing a memorial for their loved ones. She graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and enjoys spending time with her family, bike riding and is an avid Mavericks fan.

Deric is a licensed embalmer. He has been in the funeral industry for 26 years and graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He enjoys the funeral industry because he is able to serve others and offer peace of mind in the most trying time of life. Deric enjoys bowling and basketball.

Kitt is a licensed provisional funeral arranger, graduating from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. She loves being able to help families in their most sorrowful time and to make their loved one look their best for their final goodbye. She serves as a volunteer with the HEB ISD. And enjoys being a band mom for her daughter, watching football (Trinity High School, Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys), and camping.

Kari is a licensed funeral arranger and embalmer and has been in the funeral industry for three years, graduating from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. She enjoys the funeral industry because she is able to help and care for people during their time of need. Kari enjoys reading and traveling.
